At Fullers Family Food Hall & Butchers, we only use the finest hand-selected tasty and succulent breeds of beef including Aberdeen Angus, Red Pole, Pedigree Longhorn, to name but a few. We take great pride in dry ageing our beef for a minimum of 30 days before making it available for sale. This process tenderises and truly deepens the flavour of the beef.
We only use traditional butchery methods when preparing our beef. Great beef begins way before it reaches the butcher and being apart of schemes like EBLEX (who’s aim it is to enhance the sustainability of English beef and lamb) ensures that all our beef is reared to the up most standard and is fully traceable right back to the farm.
Providing a warm welcome throughout the day, our food hall and butchers is packed with fresh meat, vegetables, cakes and a delicious deli counter to tickle your taste buds.
All of our produce is sourced locally (wherever possible) including fresh fruit and vegetables, freshly baked cakes and pastries, along with the finest, quality meats from our very own inhouse butcher.
