Ultimate Butchery is all about giving people an insight into the methods and techniques of the art of butchery. Each cut of meat is prepared differently and I want to help people identify which cuts are which and give you a proper understanding on how they are done.
It is important that people fully understand what they are eating. I often see a clear lack of understanding when it comes to meat and my aim to is to help people understand and appreciate the art of butchery!

All of our produce is sourced locally (wherever possible) including fresh fruit and vegetables, freshly baked cakes and pastries, along with the finest, quality meats from our very own inhouse butcher.
